Passed away at home on Sunday, December 6, 2020 at the age of 81. Beloved wife of the late Ronald (2018). Loving mother of Kimberly (Jason) Retzler, Scott (Terry) Nosal and Linda (Josh) Barron. Proud Grandma of Christian (Christina), Steph, Sam (Tom), Paige (Connor), Lucas (Hannah), Sydney (Brett), Logan, Mary, Abby and great-grandmother of Levi, Anna, Kaia, Eden and Jubilee. Dear sister of Marjorie (late Del), Mike (Marg), Lucy (Larry), Jean (Bob), David (Bev), Linda (Paul) and the late Jerry (Eileen), George (Joyce), Johnny (Jean), Eugene (Patsy) and Nancy (Garland). Daughter of the late James and Mary George. Fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews and their families. Barbara was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was a longtime dedicated member of the Catholic Women’s League, a eucharistic minister and actively lead scripture study. She was a living example and taught her family a strong faith in the Lord.
A private memorial mass will be held at St. Boniface RC Church in Maryhill. Interment St. Boniface Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy donations to St. Boniface RC Church would be appreciated. Visit www.henrywalser.com to view Barbara’s memorial.
