The death of Mrs. Aurelda Mary Martin wife of Andrew Martin of Miramichi, NB, occurred on Thursday, January 30, 2020 at the Miramichi Regional Hospital at the age of 73. Born in Saint John, NB, she was the daughter of the late Alcide and Louisa (Savoie) Robichaud. Aurelda retired from the Canadian Red Cross after 25 years of service.
Besides her husband, Aurelda is survived by: two daughters: Barbara Martin of Miramichi, NB; Stephanie Matheson (Colin) of Woodstock, NB; nine sisters: Lena Cain (Charles) of Saint John, NB; Edith Foran of Miramichi, NB; Jeannine Sasaki (Yoshi) of Mississauga, ON; Isabelle Colpitts of Salisbury, NB; Lucy Newcombe (Alan) of Miramichi, NB; Irene Rousselle (Leandre) of Neguac, NB; Mariette Belanger (Allan) of Petit-Rocher, NB; Monique Deluca (Tony) of Moncton, NB; Adele King of Moncton, NB; two brothers: Livain Robichaud (Rachel) of Lower Newcastle, NB; Rheal Robichaud of Miramichi, NB; two grandchildren: Aiden and Austen and many nieces and nephews.
At Aurelda’s request there will be no public visitation or funeral service.
