On June 24, 2020, our hearts were broken when we said goodbye to our Papa Arnold. Arnold George Onciul was born to George Onciul and Lena Hyrchuk on February 11, 1942, in St. Paul. He passed away very peacefully in his home at Fork Lake. We fulfilled his wish to be surrounded by family members as he left this world. He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Elaine; 2 sons & 2 daughters, Wayne of Lac La Biche; Teresa Ouellette of Lac Sante, Glenn (Pamela) of Lac La Biche & Laura (Mike) Sedmak of Strathmore. He leaves behind to cherish his memory 12 grandchildren, Keith (Dawn), Justin (Kelli), Shawn (Sandy), Jessica (Ryan), Matthew (Bailey), Adrian, Karl (Mikaela), Sarah (Francis), Terry (Helena), Nicholas, Samantha & Zachary; 10 great-grandchildren, Gabriel, Shanine, Logan, Lila, Hailey, Silas, Hollie, Gavin, Lucas & Raya, plus 1 on the way; 3 brothers-in-law, Richard Schoff, Don Hagen & Rudolph (Mary) Waine; sister-in-law, Louise Onciul; numerous nieces & nephews. Arnold was predeceased by his parents, George & Lena; brother, Harvey; 2 sisters, Eilleen Schoff & Linda Hagen. A Private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Cremation has taken place.
