Jennifer passed away peacefully, surrounded by those who loved her most, in the palliative care unit at the Dr. Georges L. Dumont hospital in Moncton on Sunday, December 8th, 2019, after a short but courageous fight against cancer.
Jennifer was born in Chipman on May 3rd, 1959 and has resided in Chipman with the love of her life, Gary. Jennifer was known as a very quiet person, but with a heart of gold. Always feeding and caring for everyone else. She brought people together, and it didn’t matter if it was 2 or 20, she didn’t stop until everyone was fed, comfortable and happy. She will forever be admired by anyone who met her and we all strive to follow in her footsteps.
Jennifer is survived by her husband of 40 years, Gary, her two children Colin (Amelie) and Chelsie (William); her most prized possessions, her four grandchildren, Isaac, Anders, Olive and Eve; her eldest sister, June (Clinton) Chase; brothers, Vincent Bishop and Bruce (Betty) Bishop of Calgary; brother-in-law Barry (Susan); sister-in-law Coralee (Ross); mother-in-law, Myra Armstrong; multiple nieces, nephews, cousins and so many close friends who became honorary sons, daughters, nieces, nephews, grandchildren, sisters and brothers. She loved all who were close to her with all her heart.
She is predeceased by her parents, Harley and Olive (Lemon) Bishop; brother Wayne Bishop; sister Joyce Gray; sister-in-law, Hilda Bishop and father-in-law, Walter Armstrong.
