Passed away peacefully on December 17, 2020, Anne Traverse in her 94th year at the Corner Brook long term care. Predeceased by her son Gerard 1981, her parents Ellen and James Connolly, Brother Michael; Sisters Theresa, Mary and Helen.
Left to mourn are her children Denise (Israel) Rowe, Brenda (Rick) Carey, Joe (Freida) Traverse and their father Loyola Traverse; Grandchildren, David (Rebekah) Rowe, Jessica (Jon) Piercey, Vanessa (Stephen Griffin) Carey and Stephanie (Anthony Nippard) Carey; Great grandchildren Wesley, Charlie and Jack, as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A special thank you to all the staff on Two South, Corner Brook Long Term Care, for the exceptional love and care shown to our Mom.
Due to COVID 19 Government restrictions a private funeral service will take place from Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, Deer Lake. As expressions of sympathy flowers graciously accepted, or memorial donations may be made to Immaculate Conception Church Deer Lake, or Cathedral of the Most Holy Redeemer, Corner Brook.
Rest well sweet lady, you were the strongest woman we will ever know.
