ANNAN, Elizabeth

On Monday, October 12, 2020, Elizabeth “Betty” Ann Annan passed away at the age of 84. She is survived by her loving daughter Valerie Rosscup (Stephen); son Russell Annan; and grandchildren Connor, Jordan, Taylor, and Drey. Sadly, she was predeceased by her loving husband David R. Annan.
Our mother was a kind and beautiful person who loved her family and friends with all her heart. Her generosity to everyone was always present in everything she did. She always had a gentle and positive attitude. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren, and we all have amazing memories of being with her. We enjoyed many years at the cabin where she and our father loved to be. She loved having get togethers, parties, card games, dinners, and more. She cherished her high school friends with whom she kept in touch with all her life. She was a real social butterfly. It was an amazing and wonderful life.
She worked for many years at BC Telephone Company where she made lifelong friends. After her retirement, she went on to volunteer in her community with Victims Services so she could help others.
We are so lucky and grateful to have had her as our Mom. We all had so much fun together.
We love you Mom and will miss you more than words can say. The world was a better place with you in it. You’re with Dad now, and we know you are both looking down on us. Thank you for being the best mother anyone could have asked for. You are forever in our hearts.
