Obituary of Anna Marie DeMone
DEMONE, Anna Marie – Age 63 of Bridgewater, passed away on March 20, 2020 at the South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. Born in Bridgewater on July 8, 1956, she was a daughter of the late Willis and Hilda (Weagle) Rafuse.
Anna’s grandchildren were her pride and joy. She really enjoyed going to bingo and shopping trips with her sister Ginny. As well as relaxing with her dog trooper. Her quick wit and sense of humor will always be remembered and missed by many. She can now walk hand and hand with her husband and love of her life, Wayne. Soar with the angel’s mom. We know you will always be watching over us. Until we meet again.
Anna is survived by her children, Stacey Aulenbach, Bridgewater and Mitchell (Amanda) DeMone, Vogler`s Cove; grandchildren, Morgan, Erica and Taylor DeMone; sisters, Virginia (Barry) Himmelman, Bridgewater and Wanda (Larry) Billard, Lower Branch; many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Wayne DeMone; sister, Julie; brothers, Brian, Gerald and Bruce.
Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of Sweeny’s Funeral Home, 35 York Street, Bridgewater with a private graveside service to be held in Brookside Cemetery, Bridgewater. Flowers are accepted and donations in Anna’s memory may be made to the SHAID Tree Animal Shelter (902)543-4849), SPCA Lunenburg County or a charity of one’s choice.
