Mr. Alwin Franz, beloved husband of Marianne, passed away peacefully at his residence with family by his side this past Friday, December 11, 2020, at the age of 93 years. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, both the visitation and service will be by invitation only. The visitation will be held at Cook Southland Funeral Chapel, 901 – 13 Street S.W., Medicine Hat on Monday, December 14, 2020, between 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. A celebration of Alwin’s life will be held at Cook Southland Funeral Chapel on Thursday, December 17, 2020, at 2:00 p.m. with Life Celebrant Gerry Getz officiating. The Funeral Service will be live-streamed on Thursday, December 17, 2020, starting at 2:00 p.m. (MST).
