Alvina Bowen slipped into the spirit world on the night of November 5, 2020 at the age of 87.
Alvina is survived by her husband Rene Bowen, brothers Willie (Hazel) Quintal, Peter (Aneta) Quintal, George (Martha) Quintal, sisters Myrna (Tom) Trzmiel, Tina Buck, daughters Marjorie (Jerry) Adby, Doris Quintal, Dorothy Quintal, Esther Quintal, Marty (Ken) Quintal, Mary Jean Quintal and son Floyd (Gayla) Quintal, as well as her many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
Alvina is predeceased by her first husband Alec Quintal, father James Quintal, mother Anastasia Marie Lavallee, brothers Ernest Quintal, Johnny Blood, sister Ester Gladue, sons Russell Quintal, James “Bimbo” Quintal and daughter Sylvia Quintal.
Pallbearers: Marjorie Adby (Travis), Doris Quintal (Damian), Dorothy Quintal (Cletus), Esther Quintal (Tyrone), Marty Quintal (Edward Jr.) and Mary Jean Quintal (Brayden)
Honorary pallbearers: Ken Bruce, Doyle Mercer and Charlie Tremblay
Cross bearers: Joanne Clark and Floyd Quintal
A wake was held Thursday, November 12th, 2020 to Friday, November 13th, 2020 at St. Vincent Catholic Church in Conklin, Alberta.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 14th, 2020 at St. Vincent Catholic Church in Conklin, Alberta.
