SPURRELL, Allison – Passed peacefully away at the Dr. G. B. Cross Memorial Hospital, Clarenville on Monday, October 12, 2020, Allison Spurrell of Butter Cove, aged 85 years. Predeceased by his parents Charles and Sarah Ann; brother Samuel; sister Marilyn (Claude) Smith. Left with fond and loving memories are his wife Maude of 62 years; children Marilyn (Bruce), Claudette (Brian), Ellis (Beulah), Marvin (Deana), Sterling (Sherry); nine grandchildren Devin (Veenu), Camille (Justin), Jeremy (Karen), Jordon (Cealiea), Tyler, Riley, Emily, Anthony, Sarah; great grandchildren Dante and Emma; sister Jean (Al); sister in law Addie (Eldon); brother in law Sam and a large circle of family and friends. Resting at Fewer’s Funeral Home, Little Hearts Ease with Covid-19 restrictions. Visitation will be on Tuesday, October 13, 2020 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Family visitation on Wednesday, October 14 from 10 a.m. – Noon. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 14, 2020 by invite only due to COVID-19 from the Anglican Church, Gooseberry Cove with interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery, Gooseberry Cove. In his memory donations may be made to the Anglican Church, Gooseberry Cove.
