EMARD, Vital Allen – Born on January 27, 1931 in Timmins Ontario, passed away peacefully with his daughters by his side on Monday December 7th at Ed’s House, a Hospice located in Cobourg. Allen has two daughters Deb Emard from Guelph (David Stokes) and Michele Emard from Whitby (Roger Morris). Allen (Big Al) is predeceased by his loving wife Dorothy (Dot), his parents, Jessie and Vital Emard, his bother Howie and his sister in law Leona. He is survived by his brother Ron, his sister Valerie, and her husband David.
Al was always willing to bend your ear with stories of adventures from his youth. His beautiful contagious smile and quirky sense of humour will be missed by all that knew him. Friends may pay their respects at the MORRIS FUNERAL CHAPEL, 4 Division Street, Bowmanville on Saturday, December 12, 2020 by preregistering for a visitation time slot from 11 am to 1 pm on the Saturday followed by a private funeral service at 1 pm. If you wish to view the service you may login to the Morris Funeral Chapel Facebook page just prior to 1 p.m.
