WAGG, Allan Walter – It is with great sadness that the family of Allan Walter Wagg announce his passing on Tuesday, August 18th, 2020, at the age of 83. Lovingly remembered by daughter Carole McGrath (Bob) and sons Wayne Wagg (Barb), Doug Wagg (Michele), and Ken Wagg (Barb). Fondly remembered by 11 grandchildren, four step-grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and four step great-grandchildren. Forever remembered by brothers Lloyd Wagg (Ruby) and Bruce Wagg (Donnie). Predeceased by parents Lorne and Lily Wagg and brother Eldon Wagg. Dearly missed by his many nieces and nephews, other family members, friends, and dog Trixie. Allan was deeply rooted in the community through his involvement in the Mount Forest Agricultural Society. A public visitation will be held on Friday, August 21st from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m., as well as Saturday, August 22nd from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at the England Funeral Home, 294 Main Street South, Mount Forest. In order to attend the visitation, you must contact the funeral home to register by calling (519) 323-2631 or e-mail at info@englandfuneralhome.com. Please note: as per the directive of the Bereavement Authority of Ontario, attendance numbers will be restricted. Please be aware that masks are mandatory and COVID-19 protocols are in place. The funeral service will be conducted on Saturday, August 22nd, 2020 at 1:30 p.m. at the Woodland Cemetery, 83925 Southgate Road 8, Mount Forest. Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
