It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of Allan Wuorinen of Copper Cliff on Sunday, March 1st, 2020 at Health Sciences North.
Beloved husband of 41 years to Linda Wuorinen (nee McParland). Loving father of Allan Jr. (Tammy), Michael (Kathy), Tammy McKeown (Daniel) and Elizabeth Koth (Dave). Cherished Papa of Victoria, Ryan, Sydney, Samantha, Shannon, Benjamin, Emily, Jordyn. Predeceased by his mother Toini Lafleur (nee Wuorinen) and his aunt Irene and Uncle Jim Saville to whom he had a special bond with. Dear brother of Judy, John (Linda), Rudy (Sheila), Arthur (Karen), Peter predeceased and Robert predeceased. He will be sadly missed by his many nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law. Allan was born on February 3rd, 1941 in Sudbury, Ontario. He spent his life as a pattern-maker at Inco and was a master carpenter in his free time. He loved the outdoors and animals, except mosquitos. He enjoyed his bird and chipmunk friends and spent many hours feeding and taking photos.
