Allan Chowder Woodworth 19252020

It is with great sadness and sense of loss that
we his family announce the passing of Allan Atwood “Chowder”
Woodworth occurred on June 20th, 2020 at the
Hanwell Special Care Home. Born in Fredericton on April
17th, 1925. He was a son of the late
Allan and Iva (Ingram) Woodworth. In addition to his
parents, he was predeceased by three sisters, Audrey Williams, Norma
Hamilton and Joan Fry.
He is survived by his wife Robena (Post)
Woodsworth, one step daughter Winnifred Hettle of Fredericton and one
grandson John Hettle and his wife Lisa and their children Sara and
Dane of Calgary AB, Nephews Brian Hamilton and his wife Mary of Minden
ON, Roland Hamilton of Kinmount ON, Glen Fry and his wife Sandra of
Beaver Bank NS and niece Beverly Rieger of Brackley
PE.
Resting at Bishop’s Funeral Home, 540
Woodstock Road, Fredericton on Tuesday June
23rd, 2020 from 1-4 PM. With distancing
measures in place, following the government
stipulation.
There will be no service by request.
A private Family interment will be held with scripture reading and
prayer by his nephew Ivan Young
No flowers by request. For those who
wish to make a donation in memory of Allan, the family has suggested
the Cancer Research Society, Crohn’s and Colitis or a
charity of the donor’s choice.
