ALEXANDER “ALEX” PETER BIRO
JUNE 12, 1933 – DECEMBER 9, 2020
Peacefully, at the Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital on Wednesday, December 9, 2020, Alexander “Alex” Peter Biro, formerly of Techumseh, passed away at the age of 87 years. Beloved husband and best friend of Lillian for 36 years. Proud and loving father of Angela Gagnon (Rob) of Guelph, Erica Reid (Mathew) of Windsor and step-father of Judy Kingsbury of Eden, Marlene Young (Brad) of Tillsonburg, Gail Monk (Dan) of London, Lorna Law (Daryl Malcolm) of Tillsonburg and Lea Ann Scott (Jim) of Tillsonburg. Cherished grandfather of many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Dear brother of Mike Biro (Lana) of Burlington. Predeceased by his parents Alexander and Mary Biro and his step-son-in-law Fred Kingsbury. In keeping with Alex’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Lung Association may be made by contacting Ostrander’s Funeral Home, 43 Bidwell Street, Tillsonburg (519-842-5221) who have been entrusted by the Biro family.
