Matthews, Adeana Margaret – 83, Springhill, passed away Tuesday, July 14th, 2020 in Cumberland Regional Health Care Centre, Amherst. Born in Springhill, she was a daughter of the late George and Edna (Moore) Foster. She is survived by daughters, Heather (Gordon) Duncan, Tami (Ed) Daburger; Shawna (Jason) Tooke; Catherine Reid; sons, Terry (Susan Nelson) Reid; Stephen (Suzy) Reid; special grandson, Sam (Jessica Herrett) Matthews; 12 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren; sister, Pat Crowe. She was predeceased by husband, Bedford Matthews; sons, Timothy and Michael; brothers, Chester “Bud”, Robert “Bobby” and Richard “Dick”; sister, Helen Smith. Arrangements are in the care of MacDiarmid’s Funeral Home and Crematorium, Oxford (902-447-2930). The family will receive visitors at 3 p.m. Monday, July 20 at 49 Pleasant Street, Springhill.
