Marjorie Roberston 19172020

Marjorie Roberston
1917-2020
Marjorie Mennetta Robertson passed away on Monday, April 20th 2020
surrounded by the love of her family in her 103rd year. Beloved wife
of John Charlton Robertson (predeceased). Loving mother to five
children; Gale White (predeceased, Fred-predeceased), Barbara Jasik
(John), Gregory Robertson (Maryanne), Douglas Robertson (predeceased),
and Heather Mason (Andrew-predeceased). Cherished “Nana”
and AKA “Grammie” to 15 grandchildren, 21 great
grandchildren and 18 great great grandchildren.
Marjorie was one of four children born in Sydney, Nova Scotia,
predeceased by her sisters, Eunice Wheeler (Bill), Grace Hillman
(Keith) and Desma MacDonald. She will be fondly remembered by nieces,
nephews and extended family.
She was a “Rock” of support to her family and proudly
lived in her own home all her years. “On your darkest days, when
you feel inadequate, unloved and unworthy remember whose daughter,
son, granddaughter, or grandson you are and straighten your
crown”.
An enormous “Thank You” goes out to all the PSW’s
who provided exceptional care for mom and made staying in her own home
possible. As was her wish, there will not be a memorial service. In
these difficult times please send an online message of condolences to
the family.

Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Marjorie Roberston 19172020..
