Obituary
Michael James Nasby was born on March 8, 1961, to Merle and Tillie Nasby in Turtleford, SK, and grew up on the family farm outside Spruce Lake, SK. He was the youngest of the five children.
In 1977, he found the love of his life and high school sweetheart, Alfreda, and they later eloped and married on February 25, 1984.Their pride and joy were their children Kellie-Anne who was born August 1994, followed by Daniel who was born August 1997.
Michael was a very active man who loved the outdoors, curling, ski-dooing, hunting, fishing, and camping, just to name a few. He was always tinkering on something and building something new every day. If he wasn’t building it, he was thinking it. Growing up he always was fascinated by anything with a motor. He took this passion and developed a career out of it, where he later owned and ran 1st Klass Auto in Paradise Hill, SK, for the past 23 years.
Michael was known to always be seen with a smile on his face, ready to lend a helping hand to anyone he crossed paths with, and always welcomed people with open arms. He had a personality that lit up a room whenever he walked in.
Michael will be deeply missed by: his beloved wife, Alfreda; his children, Kellie-Anne, Daniel (Bri); his siblings, Richard (Lillian) Nasby, Gerald (Becky) Nasby, Sherryl (Warren) Walper, Darryl (Loretta) Nasby; his sisters-in-law, Liz (Dennis) Weiers, Elissa (Jason) Ellis; his uncle, Lyle (Judy) Nasby; his aunties, Mary Nasby and Loretta Nasby; and numerous cousins, nephews and nieces, and great-nephews and great-nieces.
Michael was predeceased by: his parents, Merle and Tillie Nasby; his stepmother; May Nasby; his uncles, Vernon, Bruce and Norman Nasby; and his in-laws, Alfred and Alice Exner.
Thank you for everything you brought into this world, it will forever be cherished and loved. Rest in Peace, you will be greatly missed. Until we meet again.
