Lloyd E. McKnight
1930 – 2020
Lloyd Edward McKnight, husband of the late Lois (Dickson) McKnight of Napan, NB passed away at the Miramichi Seniors Citizens Home on April 5, 2020 at the age of 90.
Born in Napan, on January 14, 1930, he was the son of the late Addison and Violet (Dick) McKnight. He was a carpenter by trade and attended Carmel United Church.
He is survived by two sons: Glenn (Kimberly) of Winnipeg, MB and Gerald (Carolyn) of Owen Sound, ON; five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren; brother, Hazen of Eckville, AB; sister-in-law Janice Flanagan and brother-in-law John Dickson both of Napan; many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, wife Lois (Dickson) McKnight, sisters: Bertie, Jean, Edna, Cora, Hallie, and Lylla, brothers: Eldon, Elmer, Arthur, Norman and Bunt.
As per Lloyd’s request, there will be no visitation or funeral service. Interment will be held in the Pine Grove Cemetery later in the spring.
