It is with heavy hearts that the family of Patricia “Patsy” Doucette (nee Mooney) announce her peaceful passing which occurred surrounded by family at the Colville Manor on Sunday, March 8, 2020. She was in her 74th year and formerly of Rollo Bay, PE.
She was a loving and caring mother to her children Colleen McCormack (Morgan), Ashley Dawson, Marlene Crane, Joe and Cathy Weir (Randy). Special grandmother to Jessica, Flynn, Michael, Isabelle, Leah, Molly, Logan, Jordan, Kyle, Allison, Tylar, Taylor, Tyton and Tywla.
She is survived by her brothers Gerry (Diane), Louis (Suzanne), Jim (Frances), Charles (Stella) and Bernie Mooney. She will be forever remembered by her special friend and companion Gary Crane.
Predeceased by her parents John and Annie Mooney, brothers Joe and Frank Mooney and husband Leonard Doucette.
Resting at Dingwell Funeral Home with visiting hours on Wednesday, March 11, 2020 from 5-8pm. A funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, Souris on Thursday, March 12, 2020 at 11:00am. Interment will take place in St. Alexis Church Cemetery. Donations made to Camp Phoenix (Children’s Type 1 Diabetic Camp) or the St. Alexis Cemetery Fund would be greatly appreciated by the family.
