Marcella’s Obituary
LOSIER, Marcella Anne– age 75 of Tusket, Yarmouth Co., passed away peacefully at the Yarmouth Regional Hospital on Sunday, February 28, 2020. The daughter of the late Alvinie and Laurette Surette, she was born October 27, 1944 in Surette’s Island. Having lived in Moncton and Massachusetts, she then moved back home to be with her brother Warren Surette, wife Joan Surette, nieces; Michelle (Greg) Pottier, Jeanine (Chuck) Kane and a great-niece and nephew; Dominique and Alex Pottier, along with close cousins; Velette LeBlanc, Malcolm Surette, Joan Surette, Bob Surette and other extended cousins. Marcella loved playing cards, doing jig saw puzzles and sewing. Marcella loved people and enjoyed the simple things in life. She enjoyed a good laugh and being with family and friends. She will be greatly missed, Love You, Rest In Peace. There will be no visitation as per the family’s request. The family will be having a private graveside service with interment to follow in the Saint Joseph’s church cemetery, Surette’s Island. Cremation has taken place under the direction of H.M. Huskilson’s Funeral Home and Crematorium, Yarmouth. Memorial donations may be made to the Charity of Choice. You may sign the online guestbook by visiting www.huskilson.net
