Lilli Gutowski, 91 of Slave Lake, Formerly Calgary, Alberta
It is with deep sadness that the family if Lilli Gutowski announce her peaceful passing on February 22, 2020 at points West Living – Slave Lake, with her family at her side. A long-time resident of Calgary, she raised her children at home and volunteered at numerous venues such as Shepard of the hills Lutheran Church, Senior Centers, and School activities. Lilli was very involved in Crafting, Crocheting, Pottery, Knitting and almost anything else that peaked her interest. Selling them at church and other fund raising events brought her joy. She took pride in the beautiful gardens she cultivated in her yard, often working from early morning to sunset. Sharing flowers, seeds, and seedlings has kept her garden growing in many friends & family’s yards.
Survived by her loving sons Tommy ( Roban ) of Kentville, NS; and Bernard ( Lana ) of Slave Lake, AB. Her legacy continues through her grandchildren Stephanie, Michael, Kiah, Jenna, Garrett, Julianne and Katherine. Great grandchildren Robert, Luc and Charlotte.
Cremation has taken place and a private Family Celebration of Life will take place in Slave Lake.
