It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Janette beloved wife, mother, grandmother, Sister and Aunt.
Predeceased by her parents Annie and Charlie, brother Charles, sister Isabel Kennedy and brothers-in-Law Tony, Jim, Alex and John. Janette will be dearly missed by her loving husband of 61 years Eddie, children Anne, John (Dorothy) and Jan (Ian), sister Josie Piperni, grandchildren, Jennifer (Christian), Ian, Courtney (Adam), Charles, Jillian, Alison, Andrew, Claire, Matthew, Sean and Lindsay, great-grandchildren, Henning, Elin and Olivia along with her much loved nieces, nephews and many friends in both Canada and the UK.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, March 3 at St. Francis of Assisi Parish 2025 Napier Street, Vancouver. Burial at Ocean View Burial Park to follow.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Canada or a charity of your choice.
The family would like to thank the staff of both the Kopernick Lodge and Mt St Joseph’s Hospital for the love and care they provided to both Janette and her family.
The journey continues…
