Omer Bernard
1929-2020
Tuesday, February 25th, 2020 at the
Campbellton Regional Hospital, at the age of 90, passed away Mr. Omer
Bernard of Charlo. He was the son of the late Flora (born
Lapointe) and the late Henri Bernard.
He will be sadly missed by his children: Ronald of Calgary,
Henri (Guylaine Bélanger) of Matane, Réal
(Bernice Bouchard) of Eel River Crossing and Daniel
(Marie-Josée Beauchesnes) of Dalhousie; the mother of his
children Mrs. Gilberte Savoie of Eel River Crossing; many
grandchildren and great grandchildren; his son-in-law Wayne Scott of
Calgary; his brotherAlbert Bernard (Yvonne Roy) of Darlington also by
many nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law and
friends.
He was predeceased by his daughter Diane, his parents and by
many sisters & brothers.
A funeral mass will be held on Friday, February
28th, 2020 at 4:00 pm in the St. Francis Xavier
Church, Charlo. Respecting Mr. Omer Bernard’s
wishes, there will be no visitation at the funeral home. A
donation to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be greatly
appreciated by the family.
