Memorial Donation
In loving memory of Jessie Elizabeth Madder, age 85 years, who passed away peacefully on Monday February 3rd, 2020 in her residence at Princess Court Long Term Care.
Jessie was born in Murillo Ontario. She was the middle child of George and Mary Stadey. In 1952 Jessie married Claude Madder and they had five children. Jessie and Claude celebrated 62 years of marriage before his death. In 1965 they moved to Dryden. Jessie worked in Ella Lynn’s, The Hudson Bay store and retired after 20 years at the Card Shop.
Family was her life. Large Family gatherings were among Jessie’s favourite things.
Jessie is survived by four children Barbara (Ron) Brown, Karen (Gordon) Bunt, Cheryl (Jeff) Newman, one son Douglas (Donna) Madder and daughter-in-law Lori (Greg) Chase, two brothers Bill (Carol) Stadey, Barry (Linda) Stadey and brother-in-law Ron (Sharon) Olsen, thirteen grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.
Jessie was predeceased by her husband Claude, her son Robert (Bob) as well as three sisters Margaret Sitch, Mary Lane, Doris Olsen and brother George Stadey.
A Private Graveside Service will be held in the Dryden Cemetery.
