It is with deep sadness that the
family of the late BERNADETTE M. DUCEY of
Marystown announces her passing. Bernadette passed away at
her home in Marystown on Friday, February 7th,
2020 at the age of 83.
Leaving to mourn with a
lifetime of wonderful memories are her sons, Joe Ducey (Brenda) of
Scarborough, ON, Kevin Ducey of Marystown and Ray Ducey of Ajax, ON;
daughters, Sarah Power (Leo) of Creston South, Marion Mayo (Winston
Nurse) of Marystown, Lillian Saunders (Chesley) of Grand Bank and
Jacqueline Peach (James) of Creston South; 8 grandchildren, special
grandson Johnny; 13 great-grandchildren; sister, Marion Kelly of
Ottawa, ON; sister-in-law, Sandra Mercer of Bay Roberts; plus a large
number of family and friends.
Bernadette was predeceased
by her husband, John V. Ducey; baby boy, Larry; parents, John
& Laura Kelly; and brother, Joe Kelly.
The Ducey Family will be
accepting visitors at Wiseman’s Funeral Homes, Marystown on
Sunday, February 9th from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00
p.m.; and Monday, February 10th from 10:00 a.m.
to 9:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will take place at
Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, Marystown on Tuesday, February
11th, 2020 at 10:30 a.m.
In Bernadette’s memory
donations may be made to The Ducey Family or flowers gratefully
accepted.
