Grace Fagner Anderson nee Pennell September 19 1925 to February 5 2020

Grace Fagner Anderson (nee Pennell) was born in St. John’s, NL on September 19, 1925. At age 94 she slipped into a peaceful sleep at the Caribou Memorial Veterans Pavilion (CMVP) on February 5, 2020. Predeceased by her parents Samuel and Effie Pennell. Left to celebrate her life is her loving husband of 74 years Charles (Andy) Anderson; daughter Carla Crawford; grandchildren Skye (Rocky) and Ryan; great grandchildren Alexander and Anna; sister Betty and family; brother Boyd; brother Eddie (Anne); along with numerous friends and family. To the nurses and doctors at the CMVP and especially her family physician, Dr. P. Crocker, you were all so kind and caring to Grace and family, thank you for all you do. At Grace’s request, cremation has taken place with no visitation. A gathering of family and friends to celebrate Grace’s life will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Kidney Foundation or The Bliss Murphy Cancer Care Foundation. To send a message of condolence please visit www.carnells.com.
