In loving memory of Blair Simms, 90 years, who passed away on February 6th, 2020. Loving husband of 64 years to Carol Simms. Dear father of Susan Craig (Bill predeceased), Carrie Simms, and Scott Simms. Cherished Poppa to Carly McFarlane (Matt), Laura Simms, Keane Simms (Kelsea), Nicolas Craig, Torey Britton (Matt), Matthew Simms, Jenna Chenier, and Brett Simms. Great-grandfather to Braeden and Paige McFarlane. Survived by brother Donald Simms; predeceased by sisters Beatrice Cole, Joy Walpole (Bob), and Gayle Madge.
Blair was born and raised in North Bay. He worked first for Ontario Hydro and then for 34 years with Bell Canada. Blair loved his home, his family, his friends, and also his canine buddy, Kita. He will be dearly missed by all.
Special thanks to all the staff at Pioneer Manor, especially Kim and Bev, in the Long Term Care.

Celebration of Life in the
R.J. Barnard Chapel
Saturday, April 25th, 2020 at 3pm.
Cremation with interment in the Civic Memorial Cemetery.
