Galante, Maria Santa – Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 29, 2020 at Port Perry Place at the age of 93. Beloved wife of the late Sergio Galante (2008). Loving Mother of Daniela Pye (the late Richard) and Elisa Perrault (Randy Prout). Cherished Noni of Paul Lucyk (Carol), Tony Lucyk (Karyn), Eric Lucyk (Katie), Bradley Perrault (April), Allan Pye (Kathleen), Justin Perrault (Joanna) and Tonya Pye. Great-Grandma to Alexandria, Madalyn, Brianna, Ava, Adam, Emma, Liam, Brady, James and Cody. Predeceased by Celso Raffin (Anna). Maria will be missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Visitation will take place at the Mackey Funeral Home, 33 Peel Street, Lindsay on Tuesday, February 4th from 10:00am. until 12:45pm. Family memories will be shared at 12:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will take place at St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, 40 Russell Street East, Lindsay on Tuesday at 1:00pm. A reception and refreshments will follow. In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
