Madeleine Dallaire
1924-2020
Madeleine Dallaire, 96, of Foyer Lisa Allain, Bouctouche and formerly
of Sainte-Marie-de-Kent, passed away peacefully at the
Stella-Maris-de-Kent Hospital, on Wednesday January 29, 2020,
surrounded by the love of her family. She was married to the late
Telex Dallaire (1988). Born in Sainte-Marie-de-Kent, she was the
daughter of the late Camille and the late Zélie (Maillet)
Bastarache.
She will be sadly missed by her children; Zélia Richard
(Reginald) of Sainte-Marie-de-Kent, Marie Léger (late Gerald) of
Saint-Thomas-de-Kent, Abel (late Noella), Vincent (late Dorice) both
of Sainte-Marie-de-Kent, Camille (Louisa) of Saint-Maurice, Ulysse
(Bernice) of Bouctouche, her grandchildren; Ronnie, Charline, Rejean,
Kevin, Rachelle, Stephanie, Marie-Josée, Manon, eleven great
grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
Madeleine was predeceased by one daughter, Marie Emilie, one
granddaughter, Nathalie, one great grandson, Martin and three
brothers; Jaddus, Desiré,and Antoine.
Visitations will be held at the Maillet Funeral Home, 29 rue de
l’église, Bouctouche, on Friday January 31, 2020 from 7 to
9pm and on Saturday from 9:30 to 10:45am. The Funeral Mass will be
held in the Saint-Jean-Baptiste Roman Catholic Church, Bouctouche, on
Saturday February 1, 2020 at 11:00am. Interment will be in the
Notre-Dame du Mont Carmel Cemetery in the spring.
In Madeleine’s memory a donation can be made to the Notre-Dame
du Mont-Carmel Church or to the Cemetery fund.
