Obituary of Joe Fournier
Fournier: Joseph ‘Joe’ Omer –
A resident of Toronto, Joe Fournier passed away at the Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre on December 26, 2020 at the age of 72.
Born in Toronto, Joe was the son of the late Omer and Marjorie (nee Beach) Fournier.
Father to Aimee Fournier-Walsh and Lisa Fournier.
Grandfather to Benjamin and Brendan, as well as Shane, Crystal, Joshua, and Johnathon Fournier who lovingly referred to him as Papa Joe. Joe had five great grandsons.
Dear brother to Mel Beach, late Paul (Donna) Fournier, late Joanne Fournier, Deb (Danny) Foster, Denise Fournier, Brian (Cheryl) Fournier.
He will also be missed by his dear friend Kerri Sorel.
Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, close friends and relatives.
Joe will be remembered for his witty-great sense of humour, caring and thoughtful nature.
Cremation has taken place.
