Viola Rosetta King passed away peacefully at the Shannex Thomas Hall, Fredericton, NB on December 23, 2020 at 98 years. Viola was born in Hardwood Ridge, NB on March 12, 1922 daughter of the late Holly and Annie (Nightingale) Brown.
She is survived by her son, Gerald (Dorothy) King and her grandchildren, Vicki and Hugh; several nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by her husband, Lawrence King; brothers, Hayward, William, Tedford, Calvin and George; sisters, Olive, Dora, Louise, Clara and Alida.
A celebration of Viola’s life and interment will be held at a later date. Donations in memory of Viola made to the charity of choice would be greatly appreciated by the family.
