Passed away at the Charles S. Curtis Memorial Hospital in St. Anthony on January 19, 2020 at the age of 88 years. Mary Jane will always be remembered by her sons; Derek (Lily), Kevin (Judy); Grandchildren, Gurvin (Caroline Ann), Edmund (Vicki), Rochelle (Morley), George (Tiffany); Great-Grandchildren, Brady, Ally, Madison, Akira, Harlow, Nathan, Jagger. Mary Jane was predeceased by her Husband, Gordon; Parents John and Mary Margaret Pittman; Siblings, John Pittman, Deborah Toope, Maude Chambers; Brothers and Sisters in Law, Oliver Topper, James Chambers, John Crane, Mary Ann Pittman, Ruth Pittman; and special friend Annie Gillingham. Visitation was held from St. Mary’s Anglican Church in Black Duck Cove from where the funeral was held on Friday, January 24, 2020 at 11:00 am with Rev. Jennifer Renouf officiating. Interment followed. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Kerry M. Fillatre’s Funeral Home, St. Anthony and Roddickton, Lee Nippard, Funeral Director.
