Deveau, Denise – age 54 of Church Point passed away Wednesday December 23, 2020 in Yarmouth Regional Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer. Born Aug. 11, 1966 in Grosses Coques, she was the daughter of the late Charles Herman and Marie Bernice (Comeau) Muise.
Denise was a loving wife, mother, sister, and aunt. She loved leisurely drives with the kids, playing CIFA Bingo, Fenchy shopping, and dancing. She truly was the life of the party. And boys did she ever love her spaghetti and meatballs and crabs.
She is survived by her loving husband of 35 years Leonard Deveau ; children Jessica (Mike), Nicholas, Aaron, and Teylor ; siblings Brenda, Debbie, Stephen, and Rodrick ; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sister Gail Muise.
Cremation has taken place under the care of Meteghan Funeral Home. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Donations can be made to the Oncology Department Yarmouth Regional Hospital.
