The death occurred at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on
Thursday, December 17th , 2020, of Garth Alan Wood of Crapaud, age 86
years. Garth is survived by his brother George (Ione) Wood, sister
Joann (Earle) MacDonald, adopted son Herbie Shrubsall, and
brother-in-law Harry Stark. Nieces and nephews Garth Slyz, Remi
Christiansen, Gordon Slyz, Rae Ann Beckers, Kent Wood, Noelle Wood,
Crystal Carr, Kendra MacDonald, Tara Thompson, and Corey MacDonald.
Predeceased by his parents Adelaide & Raymond Wood, sisters
Joyce Stark and Verna Slyz and nephew Ashley Wood. A private family
memorial will be held at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to
Dawson Funeral Home, Crapaud. Online condolences may be made at
