Obituary
Brenda Lee Taylor –(January 6th, 1941- November 27th, 2019)
Our beautiful Mum, finally decided to take our Dad, up on his offer…
-She left with him Wednesday morning.
By now, Brenda and Bill have boarded their cruise ship, they’re having a drink dressed to the nines, and ready to dance their way into the sunset while the ship sails them towards a new adventure…
Bon Voyage you two!
Anyone who knew Brenda will remember her as a real firecracker- a smart, feisty, generous woman whose career at Vernon Directories was a constant source of fond memories and lifelong friendships. After retiring, she regularly volunteered at the food bank, was a devoted member of her local bowling team, took belly dance lessons and loved dinner and a movie with friends. Mostly she just wanted time with her kids or travel with Dad.
Being the loyal daughter that she was, she remained caregiver to Gramma, long after her own health was failing.
Mum loved her family and adored her kids- Kim (Brian), Darrell, Wendy (Ralph), Joanna (Brian) and Stepdaughter Laurie (Steve), her grandchildren and great-grandchildren- (even the ones she never got to meet), and her brothers Brian and Timmy Koshul.
The family’s most heartfelt thanks go out to the incredible staff at Pine Meadow Nursing Home for becoming extended family to Mum and to us. And thanks to Derek at Milestone, for being a very honest and helpful man at such a sad time.
We’ll miss you so much Mum. You were a really great mother and a truly amazing lady!-
Now, go have fun with Dad. We’ll see you soon. Love, All of Us. xoxoxo
