February 8, 1938 – December 11, 2020
Passed away peacefully at the Margaret Bahen Hospice with his loving wife Val and children at his side after a valiant battle with cancer.
Colin was a devoted, proud father of his son, Julian (Erica), and daughter, Melanie (Rob). Much loved granddad to Elena, Reid, and Phoebe.
Colin was born in London, England and emigrated to Canada with Val in 1965. He leaves behind his brother Barry, sisters-in-law Sylv (Norman) and June, brother-in-law Brian and many nieces and nephews all over the world.
Colin will be missed by all his many friends.
Colin and Val spent a long and happy retirement together, enjoying travelling on so many great vacations together.

Many thanks to the nurses in the Southlake R.H.C. W6 Cancer Care and Margaret Bahen Hospice for their exemplary care. So many special nurses. Also special thanks to Drs. Simos, Jivraj, Mulhern and Baguio. Due to the pandemic a private family memorial service will be held on Friday, December 18 at 4 p.m., the service will be live streamed for those who are not able to attend. A celebration of life with all of Colin’s family and friends will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Margaret Bahen Hospice would be greatly appreciated.
