POCE, Josee (nee VERWEY) 1951 – 2020 Passed away on December 1, 2020 at Mt. Sinai hospital. A wife, mother, daughter, grandmother and friend. Josee worked as a registered nurse for over 35 years, co-founder of Street Health, frontline worker during SARS and a dedicated volunteer at children’s summer camps. A special thanks to the staff at Mt. Sinai 10th floor north for their compassionate care. She will be fondly remembered by everyone who knew her.
