It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Nickolaos Leftakis, on January 24, 2020, at the age of 88.
Beloved husband for 54 years of Ioanna Potamitis, cherished father of Maria Metropoulos, Dina Zembillas, Denis Leftakis, devoted grandfather of Annie, Gianna, James, Chiara, sons-in-law Jim and Saki, daughter-in-law, Sofia. He will also be deeply missed by his siblings both here and abroad, and friends.
The family will receive condolences on Wednesday, January 29, 2020, from 5 pm to 9 pm at Yves Légaré, 7200 Boul. Newman, Lasalle.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 30, 2020 at 11 am, at St. Dionysios Greek Orthodox Church, 7707 Boul. LaSalle, and thence, to the Montréal – Cimetière Mont-Royal Cemetery.
The family would like to extend their gratitude to the doctors and nurses at the CHSLD Herron for their wonderful support and care.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to St. Dionysios Greek Orthodox Church would be appreciated.
