RONALD BLASDELL
Ron Blasdell, 71, of Mitchell and formerly of Brantford passed away suddenly at his residence on Friday, November 27, 2020.
Survived by his daughters Michelle, Rhonda, Lindsay, Ashley, Casey, Sancey and their families. He will be remembered by Kim Sommers. Brother of Rick (Betty), Dave (the late Frankie), Jack, Cathy (Glen) and Jen (Bruce).
Predeceased by his parents Jack and Dorothy, and brother Stephen “Buddy”.
Ron enjoyed socializing with family and friends. He loved sports, especially hockey and baseball. He played the guitar, wrote songs and poetry. With his “gift of gab” he could relate to people from all walks of life. He will be greatly missed by his family and many friends. Rest in peace “Rocket”.
Friends will be received at the Lockhart Funeral Home, 109 Montreal St., Mitchell on Thursday, December 10, 2020 from 1-3 p.m. Due to Provincial Covid-19 restrictions, those wishing to attend the visitation must schedule a time online by selecting RSVP under “Service Details” on Ron’s memorial page at LockhartFuneralHome.com or by phone at 519-348-8643. All coming must have a scheduled time. Everyone attending must wear a mask. Please arrive five minutes before your scheduled time and wait in your vehicle to be directed into the funeral home.
