Agnès Dupuis
1915 ~ 2020
Cocagne, NB, ~ Agnès Dupuis, 105, passed away peacefully at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont University Hospital Centre, on Monday, November 16th, 2020.
Born at Baie of Bouctouche, NB, she was the daughter of the late Cyrille Maillet and the late Geneviève ‘’ Marie-Jeanne’’ Maillet (born Savoie).
Agnès will be sadly missed by her four sons, Jean-Paul Dupuis (Louise) of Shediac, Léonard Dupuis of Dieppe, Gérard Dupuis (Claudette) of Cap-Pelé and Ulric Dupuis (Charline) of St-Antoine; two daughters, Rose-Mai Dupuis (Roméo) of Moncton and Majella Dupuis (Jim) of Cocagne; to 13 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren; also by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Agnès was the last surviving member of her immediate family at the exception of her adopted sister, Maria Cormier of Dieppe.
Besides her parents, Agnès was predeceased by her husband, Laurie Dupuis and her 8 siblings
Visitations will be held at Passage Funeral Chapel in Shediac Bridge on Wednesday, November 18th, 2020, from 4 pm to 6 pm and from 7 pm to 9 pm. The Funeral service will be held at St-Pierre de Cocagne RC Church at Cocagne on Thursday, November 19th, 2020 at 11 am. Note that there will be no visitations on the morning of the Funeral service, all peoples who wish to visit the family or to attend the Funeral service will have to wear a face mask.
The family would like to thank the employees of the Dr. Georges-L.- Dumont University Hospital Centre. Department 4D and 3D, the staff of the Pascal Poirier Manor as well as everyone who offered home care to Agnès and to her family during the hardest times.
