Obituary of Althea Patricia Cazabon
After a brief illness, Althea Patricia Cazabon (nee Dixon) passed away with her children at her side on Thursday, November 12, 2020 at the age of 92.
Born in Trinidad, Patricia was the daughter of the late George and Estella (nee McClean) Dixon.
Predeceased by her husband of 63 years, Denis Cazabon (2018).
Patricia was the loving mother of Joanne, Emile (Karen), Bridget, Jeanette, Jean-Pierre (Colleen) and Giselle. Cherished Granny of Nicholas, Gianna (Cody), Jean-Michel and Stefan. Great Grandma of Grayson and Hunter.
Dear sister to Dennis Dixon (Theresa), Lennox Dixon (Margaret), Ian Dixon (Cynthia), Keith Dixon (Cheryl), Steve Dixon (Maureen), Diana Lloyd Rees (Derek) and Allison Dixon.
Predeceased by siblings Leila Diffenthaller, George Dixon and Kenneth Dixon.
Sister-in-law to Doreen Dixon, Roy Cazabon, Angela James and Mary Cazabon.
Missed by many nieces, nephews, friends and extended family.
A Private Funeral Service will be held on Friday, November 20th, 2020 at 11am with Deacon Jerry Lozon officiating. Cremation to follow, with interment in St. Anthony’s Cemetery, Chatham at a later date.
The Funeral Service will be live-streamed at www.mckinlayfuneralhome.com.
