It is with profound sadness we announce the sudden passing of Wendy at age 72 years.
Wendy was born and raised in West Hillhurst, Calgary. She worked in the grocery trade at Safeway and Co-Op. Wendy will be missed by Ernie Kidd, her loving partner and best friend of 45 years; stepchildren Shawn Kidd and Tammy (John) Richardson; as well as many friends. She was predeceased by her son, Steve Lee Ranta.
The family thanks all the nurses and staff on 3 East at the Fanning Centre.
