HEGADORN, Glendon Laverne
Peacefully with his family at the Prince Edward County Memorial Hospital on Wednesday January 22, 2020, Laverne Hegadorn passed away at the age of 91.
Beloved husband of the late Grace Lucille (nee Cannon) and much loved father of Lanny and his wife Carolynne of Belleville and the late Carolyn and her husband Wayne Lyons and his wife Peggy of Yarker. Proud grandfather of Angela (Richard McCullough), Tania, Chara (Brian Kuipers) and Kendra (Bill Kilpatrick) and great grandfather of Connor (Jessica), Brooke, Kara, Maya, Jacob, Joey and Brynn. Dear brother of Al and his wife Anna of Picton.
Mr. Hegadorn is resting at the Hicks Funeral Home, 2 Centre St., Picton. Funeral service at the Salvation Army Picton Community Church on Saturday January 25 at 10:30 am. Lt.’s Joe and Donna Ludlow officiating. Spring interment Sophiasburgh Cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Friday evening from 6 to 8 pm. at the funeral home.
Memorial donations to the Salvation Army or the PECM Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
