Albert’s Obituary
Albert Franklin Warren passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his family, on November 11th, 2020. Albert was originally from Dildo, Trinity Bay but moved to Corner Brook in 1950. It is there that he met and married his wife, Minnie Evelyn Ivany. Albert will always be remembered for his strong work ethic, infectious smile, sense of humour, generosity, and never-ending love for his family. He was predeceased by his parents: Gladys and Archibald Warren and grandparents: Mylie and Albert Newhook. He left to mourn his loving wife of 65 years Minnie, daughter: Gladys (Patrick); sons: Keith (Donna), Neil (Krisandra), and his grandchildren, who held a very special place in his heart, Janna, Christina, Adam, Chad, Kaitlyn, Julia and great grand children AvI and Samuel as well as a large circle of extended family and friends. A private family viewing and service will take place at Country Haven Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Roberta Woodman officiating. Interment will follow at Mount Patricia. A special thank you to the staff of Mountain View Retirement Home and Dr. Callahan for the exceptional care he received. Memorial donations in honour of Albert Warren can be made to Daffodil House.
