LEBLANC, Celeste Marie – Age 83 of St. Bernard, passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, November 10, 2020. Born in St. Bernard, she was a daughter of the late Edmond and Marguerite (Boudreau) Comeau.
Celeste had worked at La Villa Acadienne. Her favorite hobby was taking pictures. She also enjoyed other pastimes, like knitting, crochet, and puzzles.
Celeste is survived by son, Robert (Lucie), New Edinburgh; daughter, Réjane (the late Norman) Flynn, Church Point; brothers, Edmond (Brigitte) and Elie; sister, Anne (Fred); grandchildren, Liette (Colin), Kelowna, B.C.; Jonathan; companion, Lewis Comeau.
She was predeceased by husband Gerald. Cremation has taken place under the care of Meteghan Funeral Home. A private graveside service will be held at a later date, in St. Bernard Cemetery, St. Bernard. Donations may be made to the Kidney Foundation.
The family would like to thank Dr. Lasher-Coates, VON, Home Care, Palliative Care, Continuing Care, Dr. Hynes, Dr. Horton and the Yarmouth Hospital nurses on the 3rd floor.
