October 26, 1933 – November 11, 2020

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our wonderful husband and father Stephen Moores on Tuesday, November 11, 2020. Age 87 years. Predeceased by his daughter Leette; father James; mother Mary; brother Bill, Tom and James; sisters Julie Warford, Sadie Saunders, Carrie Hanlon, Madonna O’Grady and Helen Griffin; mother-in-law Bertha Wickham; father-in-law Francis Wickham; brothers-in-law Francis Wickham, Samuel Wickham, Patrick Healey and Brendan Hogan. Leaving to mourn his loving wife Mary (Wickham) of 60 years. His children: Debbie (Walter Norman), Brian, Craig, Sherry Lynn (Joe Minnett) and Stephen; Grandchildren: Corey Norman (Elizabeth), Walter Norman JR. (Jalisa), Jessia Hutching (Michael), Johnathon, Stephanie Minnett, Joseph Minnett Jr. (Alicia), Shane Minnett, Khrista Williams and Steven Tomlin. Great Grandchildren: Liam, Sydney, Cooper, Kallie, Logan, Emma, Gabrielle. His sisters-in-law: Elizabeth Healey and Barb Hogan; brother-in-law Robert Wickham (Patricia) as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. A special thank you to the staff of St. Clare’s 4th floor and Dr. Lisa Barnes and staff of the Shea Heights Community Health Centre for all their care over the years. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road on Friday, November 13, 2020 from 11 a.m. – 9 p.m. Funeral Mass on Saturday, November 14, 2020 at 11 a.m. from Caul’s Chapel. Flowers gratefully accepted, or donations in his memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke foundation.
