Obituary of Colette Beaton
BEATON, Colette (nee Parent)…
Suddenly on November 5th, 2020, Colette Beaton passed away at the age of 62.
Loving partner of Tony Payne.
Cherished mother of Michael (Leslie Hartley) and Michelle (Dave) Royka.
Nanny to William Church, Alex Beaton-Church, Malcolm Beaton, Rory Upcott, Mackenzie Upcott and Meghan Upcott.
Sister to Gerry (Paulette) Parent.
Will be missed by her furry companion, Daisy
Predeceased by her siblings Roger (late Sue) Parent, Florence Parent, Yvonne Parent and Armand Parent.
Colette absolutely adored her grandchildren and was a known animal lover. She was a lifelong employee of the Kingsville Post Office. Her and Tony loved to take day trips around Ontario. She will be dearly missed by all that knew her.
Family will be receiving guests on Monday, November 9th, 2020 between the hours of 6:00pm and 8:00pm at McKinlay Funeral Home, Chatham. Please note that the Bereavement Authority of Ontario mandates that all those attending any event in a funeral home must wear a mask.
Instead of flowers, the family ask that donations in memory Colette be made to either the Windsor Humane Society or Heart & Stroke Foundation.

  1. Condolences Mike and Michelle and all those grieving. Life is to be enjoyed and she did enjoy. Short as it was. Colette always had a smile for every one and every situation big or small was dealt with a smile and a cup of coffee RSP Colette you will be missed.
