After a courageous battle with cancer, the family of Conrad MacDonald are deeply saddened to announce his peaceful passing which occurred at home surrounded by love, family and friends on Thursday, November 5, 2020. He was aged 29 years of Red Point, PE.
He will be forever loved by his parents Jimmy and Bonnie MacDonald and his brother Tyler (Tiffany and daughter Evelyne). Conrad will be missed and lovingly remembered by his partner Adam Sloboda, best friend Arika Peters and his dear Toronto parents Vera and Milan Sloboda.
Survived by his uncles and aunts Lolly Deagle (Wilfred), Fran Bruce (Rupert), Charlotte Coffin (James), Ernestine MacDonald (Richard), Irene Ford (Peter), Kevin MacDonald (Jay), Anne Marie Capstick (Gregg), Susan Dugas and numerous cousins. Predeceased by his grandparents Ernie and Irene Dugas and Frankie and Mary MacDonald; his uncle Philip Dugas and cousin Jordan MacDonald.
Visiting hours will take place at Dingwell Funeral Home, Souris for family and invited guests. A funeral mass will be held at the St. Columba Roman Catholic Church, Fairfield with interment to follow in the church cemetery. If so desired, donations in memory of Conrad can be made to the Eastern Kings Health Foundation of Souris Home Care/Palliative Care or the PEI Cancer Treatment Centre.
