It is with great sadness that the family of the late William Enos Strickland announce his passing on Tuesday, November 3, 2020 at the Western Long Term Care, Palliative Care Unit at the age of 88 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his son Dean (Heather) Strickland; beloved grandson William Strickland; sister Nina (David) Joyce; sisters-in-law: Lydia Ruth, Marion Ruth and Blanche Ruth; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his wife Donalda Strickland (nee Ruth), sisters Florence (James) Vater and Mame (Clarence) Guy, brothers-in-law Howard Ruth, William Ruth and Wallace Ruth. A very special thank you to the Doctors, nurses and staff of the Palliative Care Unit. A private grave side service will be held at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
